Great material, weighty, well made
This skirt is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell it’s very well made. The material has a nice weight to it but it still feels like it can be worn in both summer and winter. I love the way it lays on and moves with the body. I was nervous about the price but I have to say it was worth it and feel like I’ll get a lot of wear out of it. Go for it!

The skirt is light enough to not feel too heavy when wearing, and to wear on warm summer days - I live in coastal BC so it's not too humid - but still substantial so would be perfect with tights in winter too. The pleating around the hips and overall design is very chic and feels elevated.

This is a lovely skirt and the neutral colour makes it great with lots of colours. However, the size chart on this site is wonky. A waist measurement is not expressed as half of the body. It is the whole circumference: i.e., not 16" but 32". My skirt was way too big and am hoping the replacement is a better fit.

Exactly as described! The skirt drapes beautifully and I can see it getting plenty of use this summer. Don’t forget to review the size chart if you’re unsure. I initially bought a Med because I wear a Large in the fine knit/striped gezira skirt and doubted the listed sizing. However, I actually needed a small in the newer solid version to fit my waist properly. The Small still had plenty of fabric to drape nicely. For reference, I have a 27-in waist with approx. 40-in hips.

Lovely skirt that drapes really nicely. It has some heft/swing to it, which I appreciate for structure, while still feeling lightweight and comfortable. Very versatile in terms of being dressed up or down, and the light teal colour is so pretty. I find the waistband sizing maybe a bit big compared to other Kotn products.
