Quilted Comforter

My best bedding purchase.
I’ve wanted to get a weighted blanket but I didn’t want the ones that are 10-15lbs and are made of micro beads. I saw this in the store and I loved how it felt, and it’s heavy enough. It is well made. It fits the aesthetics of my bed and drapes over my queen bed, I can see this fitting a king but there wouldn’t be much extra hanging on the side of the bed if that’s what you’re looking for. I’m using it on top of a really thin 2.5 lb breathable duvet. Ever since I started using it, I’ve been sleeping well, eases my anxiety and I love the comforting feeling of being cocooned.

Quilt of your dreams
This is a beautiful item. It has a hand crafted feel to it, I love the stitch detailing as well as the weight. I wouldn’t say the color is butternut though.. to me, it’s a little darker and more brown than the online images show.

The first comforter i received came a bit pilled already. I emailed kotn (on a sunday afternoon) and got a reply right away! They sent a replacement and the replacement was fine. Overall i love the look of the comforter. It's a lovely weight and it is warm. It's quite large too - we have a queen bed and it drapes over both sides with lots of room to spare. Very pleased with this purchase and a++ customer service.

Worth the splurge
If you're looking to splurge on some bedding, this is 100% worth it. It's so beautiful and a great length for my queen bed. It almost feels like a weighted blanket, but it's substantial enough that I'm using it in place of my duvet. It's been lovely in the summer, but I do plan on using it in the fall maybe just adding a wool blanket if it isn't warm enough. However, I am optimistic that it would do fine by itself in the winter months.

You deserve this comforter.
After eyeing this beautiful comforter for about a year, I finally decided to invest in this forever piece before it sold out again. I will say it’s quite heavier and bigger than I thought it would be (even after reading reviews saying the same), but it’s so cozy and I especially can’t wait to use it in the colder seasons. Knowing it was made with loving hands is so special and definitely makes me feel more connected with this piece. I love everything about it. Unique and precious and egyptian made by an egyptian with egyptian cotton.
I have the midnight comforter still in its box waiting to put it on the two seater couch on the deck. I wanted to wash a light brown I got some time ago that was covering the living room couch. Washed it in a cold, light cycle; tumble dried it, as per instructions, and my dear people, it was better than new! I love these covers, gave them for presents, got thanks and loves from everyone. They are a piece of genius, should make the maker and Egypt proud because they are unique. There! Thanks.
