What You’ll Be Working On:
Customer Experience & Service
- Customer-facing every day, provide best-in-class customer service experience to our customers, fielding questions and providing upbeat, customized experience
- Promote omni-services provided by Kotn and redirect wholesale opportunities to leadership
- Process cash operations with efficiency and accuracy by capturing customer opt-in to leverage for future marketing opportunities and to finalize the in-store experience loop
- Redirect CEOs to leadership in order to support with Kotn customer experience guidelines
Operations
- Perform day-to-day tasks including opening and closing duties, cleaning, and maintaining the floor throughout the day in order to support in overall store maintenance
- Communicate successes and opportunities to management about in-store processes in order to heighten store performance
Visual Merchandising
- Support maintenance in daily operations tasks by upholding merchandising section standards
- Maintain physical store cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and comfortable shopping environment
- Ensure optimum product level volume is being upheld on the floor by receiving and processing shipments, restocking and communicating with Manager when product levels are low

Additional Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in a mid-volume, customer-driven retail environment
- A diverse set of interests and skills
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written
- Easily adaptable to an ever-changing work environment
- Ability to work weekends
