Build, update, and distribute recurring reports that track retail sales, KPIs, operating expenses, and progress against goals
Maintain retail dashboards to provide accurate data visibility across the organization for both Retail teams and key stakeholders, then interpret data trends to provide actionable insights to the Senior Retail Sales Manager
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, assisting with planning of retail financial targets and measurable metrics
Partner with the Senior Retail Sales Manager to provide P&L support through variance analysis of sales, expenses, and profitability
Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights to support urgent business needs and decision-making
Digital Tools & Retail Systems (25%)
Manage product catalogs in Retail Shopify, including stocking new items at store locations and POS in alignment with deliveries and product drops
Audit and clean up inactive or outdated products to ensure system accuracy and efficiency, promoting an efficient POS experience in-store
Collaborate with Ecommerce, and Merchandising teams to ensure promotions, sales and bundles are operating correctly and effectively for Retail teams
Retail Infrastructure & Collaboration (15%)
Provide analytical and technical support for retail initiatives such as sales-driving projects, events, and new store openings
Collaborate with retail teams to consistently seek and implement feedback regarding process improvements, addressing evolving needs as the business grows
Partner cross-functionally with Retail Leadership and HQ teams to align on performance updates and ensure retail insights are clearly represented
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, reporting, or financial/data analysis
Familiarity with Shopify or other retail POS/e-commerce systems a strong plus
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) a plus
Strong communicator, able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Must be flexible to working in a hybrid environment with evenings and weekends
