What You’ll Be Working On:
eComm Photography & Post-Production (80%)
- Capture on-model eComm photography that reflects and elevates Kotn’s visual identity.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, stylists, producers, photo assistants, digitechs, retouchers, and sample coordinators to bring the brand’s creative vision to life.
- Maintain a consistent visual standard while translating art direction into compelling, product-forward imagery.
- Participate in pre-production planning and contribute to shot lists, lighting direction, and composition.
- Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and technical equipment to ensure readiness for each shoot.
- Oversee and execute post-production workflow, ensuring colour accuracy, treatment consistency, and high-quality retouching standards.
- Ensure all assets are managed, organized, and delivered according to brand and project guidelines.
Editorial/Lookbook & Content/UGC Photography & Post-Production (20%)
- Capture on-model and off-model lookbook/editorial photography both in-studio and on location.
- Capture social-first ad content (with DSLR or iPhone) for recurring marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, stylists, producers, photo assistants, digitechs, retouchers, and sample coordinators to bring the brand’s creative vision to life.
- Oversee and execute post-production workflow, ensuring colour accuracy, treatment consistency, and high-quality retouching standards.
What You’ll Bring:
In-Studio Experience
2-4 years of experience with on-model eComm photography and fashion/apparel photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing on-model and off-model work.
Technical Expertise
Technical mastery of studio lighting and photography equipment, in addition to proficiency in Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom, and broader Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
