When I purchase new items, I expect them to be clean, fresh, and wearable. what I received was completely unacceptable. The clothes arrived dirty and clearly hadn’t been checked before shipping. I contacted them, but it’s been a week with no response. This isn’t the first time this has happened—very disappointing for a brand that claims to care about quality.
