There’s a phrase woven into every Middle Eastern home: البيت بيتك (El Beit Beitak). My house is your house.

It’s a way of life: open doors, shared stories, and the feeling of belonging. A spirit that has guided us for years, and now becomes a place.

Designed in collaboration with Spacon, Beit Kotn was inspired by Cairo as a living, breathing city.

In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, downtown salons shaped our grandparents’ idea of a cultured interior: Mamluk and Ottoman arches, European layouts, carved wood, chandeliers. Craft-driven, obsessively collected, always real.

These homes were never neutral. Deep, layered hues created shade, warmth, privacy. Color shaped how spaces felt and held memory.

Cairo has always mixed old and new. Vintage furniture, patterned floors, and heavy textures sit naturally beside modern pieces. At Beit Kotn, this slightly formal, romantic interior still holds the energy of today’s creative generation: messy, experimental, alive.

Beit Kotn is a working home shaped by Cairo’s urban culture - full of memory, open to collaboration, alive with creativity.

Nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, London, Beit Kotn is designed as a place to settle into.

The unit includes two bedrooms, kitchenette, and private balcony. Inside, you’ll find a curated selection of furniture, design elements and refreshments that remind us of home; small touches chosen to make your arrival feel warm and familiar.

Guests have access to Beit Kotn’s concierge team, available to support your stay, share local insight, and help the city unfold at your own pace.
