Refund Policy
For purchases made in Canada and the US, we offer a full refund within 15 days of the original order delivery date (online) or purchase date (in-store) for eligible items. Exchanges or store credit are available within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.
For purchases made in the United Kingdom, we offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.
At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for orders shipped outside of Canada, the US, and the UK.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Bedding must be returned in its original packaging, including the drawstring pouch.
For online purchases made in Canada and the US, refunds, store credit, and exchanges are processed once the return is scanned in transit after being dropped off. For purchases made in the UK, returns are processed once items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

In-store purchases may be returned in-store. Online orders can only be returned by mail. In-store returns for online orders are only accepted at Canadian retail locations with the item and receipt. US and UK retail locations cannot process returns for online purchases.
Returns must be completed in the country where the original purchase was made.
Kotn reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria. Please review the Final Sale section below before submitting your return.
Final Sale
While we strive to offer a flexible return policy, some items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items discounted by more than 50% off the original price, socks, hats, gift cards, and third-party Nemat products are final sale.
Items purchased with a promotion or discount code are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our standard return policy.
