Crafted from flax, and famous for its lightness, absoprtion, and strength, linen has deep-rooted heritage in Egypt - so prized it was once considered a symbol of purity and illumination.

Our modern take is a meticulous blend of linen and long-staple Egyptian cotton. Bringing together its cooling nature, luxurious fabric texture, and unmatched softness, our linen bedding creates a duet of durability and comfort throughout the warmer months.

The elevated textured-look of linen meets the buttery softness of Egyptian cotton. A duvet cover and two pillow shams crafted from naturally light, breathable, and moisture-wicking linen to keep you cool and comfortable through hot and cold temps. To increase its softness and durability, we blended our fibres with long-staple Egyptian cotton, creating a best-of-both-worlds duvet set that only gets better with age, becoming softer and smoother with wash and wear. Featuring hidden button closures and inset corner ties to keep the duvet in place. Two shams with enveloped back closures included.

For those who love the textured look of linen and the buttery-soft feel of Egyptian cotton. A fitted sheet and two pillowcases crafted from naturally light, breathable, and moisture-wicking linen, blended with Egyptian cotton to soften its cool, typically coarse, touch. Softer and more durable than traditional linens, our blended sheets will keep the heat at bay, so you can rest easy through every season. Fitted sheet features an elasticized trim for a precise fit. Top sheet is not included.

Create Your Linen Bedding Set

Linen is one of the oldest known textiles in the world, with fibre findings dating back 40,000 years. The earliest known women’s garment, the Tarkhan Dress, was unearthed in Cairo in 1913, thought to be over 5,000 years old.

Ancient Egyptians prized the fabric for its lightness and breathability, using it throughout their day-to-day lives. Hand-spun and draped, the linen sheets were often stiffened with starch or worn pleated for clothing. Linen was most notably used for mummification, found in the tombs of Ramses II and Tutankhamen. To be shrouded in linen signified purity, light, and wealth.

Crafted from the flax plant, linen embodies natural sustainability through its waste-free cultivation process, grown without pesticides or herbicides. All parts of the plant are used for textiles, paper, and even bio-materials. The remaining root is left behind to clean and fertilize the soil for years to come.

Known for its moisture-wicking ability, linen has wide, lengthy, hollow fibres, which allow linen sheets to absorb up to 20% of their weight in moisture before feeling damp. These loosely woven natural fibres are also what keep linen so breathable. They allow air to pass through and not stick to your skin, keeping you cool and dry during the hottest of nights.

Notable for its coarse texture, our linen bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are blended with long-staple, Egyptian cotton to soften its naturally rough texture. The addition of cotton strengthens the cloth, resulting in a fabric that's softer, more comfortable, and more durable than traditional linen bedding.
