FINANCIAL REPORTING & DATA INTEGRITY (50%)

Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.

Assist in reconciling account transactions with the general ledger.

Support in strengthening and optimizing business processes as they relate to the finance function.

Calculate the landed costs for the inbound shipments and management of inventory through our inventory management system.

Compare system reports to source data to verify entries.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data.

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

Support the AP function from an invoice processing and review perspective.

Prepare the journal entries required to record inventory purchases, and monthly reconcile the purchases accounts.

Support in reviewing credit card transactions.

Manage the AP inbox and submit any invoices to AP for payment.

Assist in payments batches preparation into our banking system.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Very good command of English, both spoken & written.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will work directly with the Director, Brand Marketing across integrated marketing, ad content development, retail and cultural programming, and data and performance analysis. You will be the connective tissue between internal teams and external partners, and a steward of the brand in everything you touch.

Manage the marketing calendar, maintaining visibility into launches, campaigns and key moments across teams

Keep cross-functional partners (merchandising, retail, ecommerce, growth, creative and brand) aligned, informed and moving through facilitated timelines and tracked deliverables

Support the drafting of campaign briefs, creative requests and channel inputs

Maintain documentation, trackers and resources that serve as central sources of truth for marketing initiatives

Act as a central point of communication across teams, knowing when to disseminate, flag or escalate

Own the sourcing and development of UGC and internally captured content for paid social channels

Identify, brief and manage creators to maintain a steady, high-quality content pipeline

In collaboration with the creative team, coordinate internal content shoots, including logistics, scheduling and asset organization

Review and organize incoming assets, ensuring everything that goes out looks and feels like Kotn

Coordinate and execute marketing activations across retail doors, including community events, cultural programming and in-store activations

Manage end-to-end event logistics: communications, vendor coordination, supply ordering, set-up and on-the-ground execution

Liaise with retail managers and partners to ensure activations are well-resourced and on-brand

Data Literacy and Performance Analysis (20%)

Pull, organize and synthesize marketing data across channels, campaigns and product performance

Maintain reporting cadences and ensure data is clearly formatted and accessible for the director and cross-functional partners

Translate findings into clear, actionable insights - being comfortable in Google Analytics, Shopify and campaign dashboards is a requirement

You have a bias toward action, are solution-oriented and believe no task is too big or too small. You are willing to create a process that does not exist yet, stretch beyond your scope to support where needed or find a way to get the task at hand done.

 You are comfortable with data. You can pull a report, spot what matters and communicate it clearly.

 You know what looks like Kotn and what does not, and you have the confidence to say so.

 You can manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball. You communicate proactively and close the loop.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for a creator brief, an internal cross-functional update, or a conversation with an external partner.

1 to 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand marketing, content, or a related role

Kotn is seeking an People Operations & Office Coordinator to support People and office operations, provide administrative support to leadership, and help deliver a thoughtful in-office experience. This is an evolving role that brings together responsibilities that have previously supported office coordination and administrative needs, reflecting the needs of the business today. This is a full-time position based in Toronto, ON.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS (HiBob)

Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, promotions, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations

Support offboarding processes, including exit documentation and coordination of system access removal

Monitor compliance requirements such as policy acknowledgements and mandatory trainings

Coordinate performance and probationary review cycles, including setup and follow-ups

Maintain internal documentation and resources to ensure information is current and accessible

Take ownership of the day-to-day office environment, ensuring it is consistently clean, organized, functional, and welcoming

As a Senior Product Development Manager at Kotn, you will lead our product development function end-to-end, from initial concept through to commercialization. This role sits at the intersection of design, sourcing, and production and is central to how we bring high-quality, ethically made essentials to life. You'll own the full PD lifecycle, work cross-functionally with our design, merchandising, and supply chain teams, and help shape the systems and processes that support Kotn's continued growth.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Toronto, ON.

Own Kotn's product development roadmap across categories, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and seasonal timelines.

Lead development from concept handoff through sampling, approval, and handover to production.

Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, QC, and Production to ensure seamless execution at every stage.

Drive costing and margin conversations, implementing strategies that maintain quality and brand integrity.

Oversee fabric and material development, prioritizing sustainable and innovative solutions in line with Kotn's brand guidelines and certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RWS etc).

Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and mill partners across global supply chains.
