Small is not true to size - too small
It does not seem true to size, or the measurements you provide. I am a 33" bust (34A bra), 27" waist, and this fits really tight, nearly unwearable. I also got the Nile pants that match in size small, and they fit very loose in comparison.

again, I sized up when I shouldn't have. this tank fits more loosely around the torso than I'd like, but I'll make it work. the material is thin and feels a little bit cheap, but will be alright in warm weather. glad it was on sale.

The pinot color is great, it is definitely a red wine color. Not too purple, not too brown. Please keep making the nile rib tank in every color. I want to buy the flare pants in pinot next!
