The vest itself is fine, more of a scratchy wool than soft, but wearing over things you don’t feel it. Why i m taking off two stars is customer service. I bought this vest, and the next day it went on sale for 15% off, i wrote to customer service asking for a price adjustment, they said they will not adjust. I asked if they would rather i sent it back for a refund and bought another one with 15% off, and they just stopped responding to me. I don’t think that’s handling it properly. Many stores did a big sale last week, and i was in the same position with two other brands, and both of those brands did a price adjustment because it’s clear that i could just send an item back, why waste my time, and your own time, just refund the difference. And the fact that they just flat out stopped talking to me was kind of not nice.
