Women's Mesh Longsleeve in Black

So confused by these shirts. I love the look but they look nothing like the pictures. I ordered a size up and they were tight with ankle length sleeves and I'm only 5'6.

Sizing way off

I washed it as directed (cold water in a laundry bag, laid flat to dry) and it shrunk an incredible amount. It had a nice drape when I bought it and it’s now skin tight. I have never seen so much shrinkage in any garment.
