I can’t write a review for every product I’m so sorry! With good reason however, as I’m in bed recovering from spinal surgery. But, I do want to write something and I want you to read what I’m about to write, carefully: I love your products and the sweater in particular shows your commitment to quality materials and craftsmanship. I also had an issue with my order - I received a wrong piece - and your staff dealt with it SO elegantly. I didn’t realize how used to being treated like shit by a store staff I had become, until I experienced this breath of fresh air on Ossington. I appreciate this level of customer care SO MUCH. If the quality of both products and service remains as it is I can almost guarantee you I’ll be a customer for life. I’ve never felt this way about a clothing brand before FYI. (AND please don’t sell this business without me knowing, as I’ll probably tell anyway by the drop in quality and get angry. This happened with my favourite juicery and I’ll never forgive them. I know it’s trendy to build a business and sell it but please, for the love of quality, ensure that we consumers can get this sort of stuff!!!)

This is my second cable knit sweater from Kotn and I love this one as much as my first! PLEASE keep making these beautiful, high quality sweaters. I’m obsessed with the quality of the fabric (heavy and feels expensive) the design is gorgeous too. Another gem from Kotn.

I already have last year’s identical sweater in a dark blue colour. The only surprise was the size difference. Last year I purchased a small which is huge on me, and the extra small is smaller than I expected, very snug. I will need to be careful when washing it.

First time purchasing from Kotn, I was looking for warm high quality sweaters. I just loved the cabling on this. I usually wear XL in most brands but I'm glad I sized down, the knit is generous. The fit on me was great! The neckline is much closer to the neck than I realized but still a great sweater, it's elasticized at the neckline, cuffs and hem so it makes for a nice shape. Highly recommend, I'm considering the other colour

Honestly this is the nicest sweater I've ever bought! I can't believe the quality- a thick, cozy, chunky knit and the marine blue is a gorgeous colour. If you're between sizes, I ordered a size smaller than usual and I'm very happy with the fit.

I love this sweater so much, it gives me Chris Evans in Knives Out vibes. I went with my usual size, Medium, and it's the perfect oversized fit on me. It also doesn't feel itchy on me.

It is beautifully made sweater with the details and it is really soft! It is more oversize than I expected but it lends a different cozy look which is still great!

I was having regrets about not buying this sweater when it first launched, so I was excited to see it restocked. I'm so glad I bought one. It has a very nice shape - relaxed, but flattering - and the fabric is soft and warm. The midnight colour is a very dark blue, almost black. I expect to wear this sweater a lot!
